KADIKOY-MODA TRAMWAY(After 37 years again)

There are 10 stations on 2.6 km. way of Kadikoy-Moda Tramway that was joined to service on 1 st Nov.,2003. 4 wagoons start their tour from Kadikoy main ferry square, follow on private bus line and Bahariye Avenue and over Moda Avenue to reach Kadikoy Main Square again, like circle.

THERE WAS NO METRO IN ASIASIDE YET. BUT THE METRO CONSTRUCTIONS WORKING ARE CONTINUE  VERY FAST. 

THE METRO THAT WILL BE CONNECTED TO SABIHA GOKCEN AIR PORT AND GEBZE DISTRICT, IS COMING FROM EUROPESIDE TO USKUDAR(SKUTARI).
ON THE OTHER HAND, THE TRAMWAY LINES WILL BE ESTABLISHED VERTICALS TO METRO LINE.
KADIKOY-KARTAL METRO LINE CONSTRUCTION WORKING ARE CONTINUE.
UNDERWATER TUBE PASSAGE WILL BE ON SERVICE AT THE END OF 2011.


Asian side(Anatolia side) will reach to metro very soon.

The metro line will be extended from Sabiha Gokcen Airport and Kartal, Kadikoy, Uskudar to Ataturk Airport and Maslak area in Europe side.

880 000 passangers will be carried per hour.

It will cost about 550 000 000 $ estimated.
